looking for a good company

    I have 12 years otr experience with great record. I live in Southern Calif. and would like to run just the Western States. I am looking for a company that gets you home without fighting tooth aqnd nail to get there. A company with good life insurance policy and a company that will keep you busy where you can make a decent living. I also have 2 acres to park the truck and trailer at the house if allowed. Iam fully aware that no company is perfect. I also would like a company with good equipt. however. Can anyone recommend to me a company that comes close to this description. I'd appreciate a reply. thanks, Frank I also like driving solo. no teams

    IOWA CARRIERS: Pay scale is $0.40/mi for OTR drivers. Routes are 6,000+ mi for a single driver, and extended miles for team drivers.

    I AM LOOKING FOR AN OVER THE ROAD DRIVER:
    My name is Zee Zivkovic, I am the OWNER/COO of Iowa Carriers. We are a trucking company that is based out of Ankeny, Iowa. I have been in business for 7 years and I am looking for a new driver who is enthusiastic, motivated and money driven. Experience is preferred, but not required. I am looking for a driver who is going to take my business to new heights as we are a growing company looking to expand. I am looking for a strong work ethic and someone who I can trust. If you think you are the right candidate, there are incentives for you.

    Routes as follows: IA to CA, CA to NY, NY to IA. Range of miles is approximately, 5000-6000 every 10 to 12 days for a single driver. I am able to offer more miles for team drivers. The typical schedule would offer a week off. Time off is negotiable but if you like money, we never have to stop. Pay starts at $0.37-0.38 per mile. An evaluation of performance will occur after two months. The pay scale will increase to $0.40 per mile. A bonus will be issued every six months based on job performance. Owner operators are welcome.
    We drive 2007 Kenworth T2000 tractors with APU's and will be pulling a Reefer 53'
