Agreed, I don't bother finifn out what sex people are before posting. I assumed Injun was a dude once, guess I was wrong.

I think those pictures were taken when climbing out of Laughlin, towards Kingman. I won't make that mistake again. :biggrin_2556: That's why I had to switch the interior heat on--trying to strip as much as possible from the engine.

I'm like you, I don't like the A/C all that much. Even though I have a RigMaster I have a pretty good oldschool setup; I have a couple of 12v clip-on fans from Wallyworld, one in the passenger side upper sleeper window and one in the passenger side vent in the lower bunk. Close the front curtains, stick my earplugs in and I can have a nice nap.

can we get more details on this story? sounds like a good one... nothing too incriminating of course...

they don't, they're telling you to leave the company. the other ones are just pushing your buttons because it's fun to piss people off on the internet.

Appears that way. Been there, done that. When I owned my first truck, '86 FL, back in '93, and was running across TX one hot summer, the AC was out (that's what I get for byuing a repo) and I couldn't afford to fix it (The last owner had taken the compressor off and left the lines open).
Anyhow, the trans was getting pretty hot, so I was being as easy on things as I could. Then it started raining. It was a huge relief to watch the gauge drop as I hit the water on the road. But I've also run the heat to add that little extra cooling capacity.
The old Luberfiners were a pain, but they added another gallon, or so, of oil and it sort of acted as an additional oil cooler, if you remember those.

It seems to me that you have a choice. You can either find other employment or learn to deal with your situation.
