My wife and I are looking to own our own truck, we both really love the kw 900. We've been looking around at different dealerships looking for one but they want at least half down. We wouldn't mind doing a lease purchase with a good company but finding that is very difficult. So we thought we would come to the drivers here and see if there were any options that we missed. We appriceate everyones time for reading this post and helping us out.

Start a truck savings account and put every penny in it you can spare .
Even spare change you would be shocked how fast you can save by just throwing your change into a jar.
If you smoke quit and put your cig money everyday into the pot .
Give up your latte in the morning .

The point is if you REALLY want a truck you can get a truck.
You don't need a brand new one either a good used 5 year old O/O truck will get you on your way.

I would never ever buy a truck from the place I get my freight it is to easy for them to ruin you .
You are just meat in the seat for almost any outfit out here today .
They have nothing to lose you on the other hand can lose your whole world and they don't care.
Because the next victim is graduating from joe shmoe's truck driving super dooper school today!

If you really want to go the lease route, than go to a dealer & lease from them. When you find the company that you want to drive for, sign on. If it doesn't work out, you still have the truck to go to another co. DO NOT LEASE from the co. that you drive for.

Just be sure to do alot of looking before you sign anything.Talk to other drivers and O/O before you take the plunge.Find the perfect job before the perfect truck.

Well, we have spent a lot of time looking for the rght company, and I have two in mind. One I'm already working for as a lase driver, its just not a truck I want to on, however we do make good money, even with the somewhat high payment per week (a lot lower than most lease companies though). I didn't know I could actually do a "lease" with a dealership. Do any of you know any? I don't go west of 35 very often, so midwest or tx/la area would be good. I'm pretty set on a w900 and already have a strong set of specs that I'm looking for. Realy appreciate everyones comments and help, thanks so much.
