    That video was probably a clip from Comedy Central and those people don't understand the meaning of "potential..." $72k??? Dream on. :biggrin_25523:

    It's funny that they showed Prime, CRE and Covenant trucks because they're probably getting the $27k mentioned above.

    You can get to $72k if you make this your career, get hired on in 3 or 4 years with a company hauling fuel/hazmat, and put in another 10 years to get seniority. So that cuts out 95% of the people in that line.

    I am a canadian who spends 90% of my time in the USA. I get $73,000 gross pulling dry van...so yes its possible for sure

    for a canadian truck driver yes, and dont you guys get paid more to run down here??? We in general make allot less then you guys.

    I was making over $60k in WI running local 5 years ago. was offered a job in CA at that time and I figured it would have to pay about $80k + to match my same level of living in WI. it's possible

    I need some help. I am posting this for a friend who has been a trucker for along time and I haven't so the lingo will probably be messed up so be patient please. He is looking for some drivers to do team driving. Where would I post a position like that and actually get some reliable people with good records. Thanks for you help.
