DOT Audit

I want to make sure we are clear here. You can't "drive" 8 , then sleep "8" and then drive "8" again. The time before your 8 and after your 8 can not total more than 11 hours. After the 8 you would only be allowed to drive 3.

Boss at first said you culd do that and I didn't think about it and yeah I caught on and was like no no no !!!

Ok yeah the reset is great!

 

Well IT'S ALL OVER! Yes we got our satisfactory and I also got compliments so I am pretty happy today. He said he was very impressed with the outcome of # of violations. 1 Driver actually caused most of the violations, if it wasn't for him it would of been much better! He said most companies they will find drivers in INdiana when they should be in Laredo. He didn't find anything like that on my logs. Therefore we @ least get the word out we are auditing the documents.

Warning everyone: You must make sure ALL documents match your logs. I get many drivers saying this and that company told me to make sure the fuel and dot inspections match, well that company is setting themselves and you up for failure! MAKE SURE YOU ARE RUNNING AND LOGGING ILLEGAL!

Ok so yeah I am happy it's all over and now I can move on with life. I want to delete all the logs and start over, but better be safe and stay on top of the drivers. I was overly surprised it turned out this well with the system issue's but we had been auditing the logs so I wasn't that worried. We did not cheating either
