    Well, that's about the only thing Kalifornia doesn't make you jump through hoops for.
    I'd much rather have the license in-hand when I leave the DMV. I don't see how it could be considered safer to mail it.

    You need to research and organize situations before they become the soap opera you described in your first post. It will make life easier or you can stay the same and maybe we'll see you on a sitcom.

    I still call B.S. on this cable bill story. There is no way he can be held responsible for a cable bill that he did not authorize or sign for. Doesn't matter if the house is in his name or not. If he didn't order the cable service, and open the account in his name then they have no basis for pursuing him. Plus, show me any utility company that will allow a residential address to get $9000 in arrears.............
