Dang i thought this was going to be one of those laws about vehicles camped out in the left lanes that dont like to move over when a faster vehicle approches.

..even in those states, 4-whlrs (seeing an emergency vehicle with lights on ahead at about 1/4-1/2 mile), will still try to pass a big truck, signaling to pull in the left lane so as to go around that emergency vehicle!! Just more rude drivers with self-focus as their prime concern....

CO has that law. Don't make ANY difference in the brain dead just riding in the left lane, paying no attention to what is happening around them. I have to wonder if its even enforced. -
When I left Australia back in 96 it was a $95 fine and 3 points off your license if you were caught driving in anything but the left lane {remembering it's RH/Drive there} and that applied to cars and trucks unless overtaking and I apply that same rule here except move to the right obviously.
