    Hello to all I have just received my CDL a couple of weeks ago and I was wondering which companies will hire newbies just out of CDL school. I have already put in a bunch of apps but have only talked to 2 recruiters. I talked to a recruiter fro C. R. England and 1 from Swift. The one from Swift is verifying my app and is suppose to call me this Monday or Tuesday. I have heard good things about Swift and was wondering how their orientation works and how long it is and any helpful info on all the things that I might need to know or anything you think would be helpful. Thanks for the help.

    Welcome to the forum.
    Look around the forum and use the search function. Your questions are asked quite frequently and the answers really don't change. There's some current threads about newbies at Swift and many other carriers too.
