Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

How many time you going to post the same thing?

Options are: Intercity Vanlines or Reliable Carriers. If those do not work, you might try Waggoneers Trucking out of MT.

Here's the problem with that car,
1. Sweet Grass is right at the US/Canadian border, I looked on Central Dispatch and there are only 2 cars coming out of that area going ANYWHERE in the US. So that means if you do take it up there, you not going to find anything coming out of there.
2. He wants reasonable, any of those big companies, unless they transport it into Canada, are gonna charge $1500-$2000 to move that car. I'm guessing he wants it moved for $500...........
3. How many cars does he have going to Sweet Grass? The Challenger Thanks this. -
I got 1100 from a website. Thats still a lot. Why not drive it????

It's like deja vu all over again.

$1100 is cheap for enclosed going to that area, but remember, that $1100 quote doesn't mean someone is going to move it either.......
I've gotten calls from people who went with cheap shippers or brokers complaining that their vehicle wasnt' getting moved. If it's too cheap, no one will move it, just like regular freight. The Challenger Thanks this. -
Why can someone not DRIVE it?
I hitchiked to Helena, Montana androve a vehicle to Denver. -
Hello, perhaps I can help you understand part of the problem. While you may think what you're offering is ample pay for the job that doesn't mean it's worth a driver's time, use of tractor and trailer, insurance, permits, fees etc. It really boils down to what the driver thinks the job is worth.
I'm certain that in your own career you look at the same thing: what is a job worth to you.
I wish you well in finding a solution to your problem.SHO-TYME Thanks this. -
$1100 was with an open. The price for an enclosed is at $1500.00.
