LOL. If I was him, I'd sell trucks before I hired a new driver that called me "bro."

Anybody know anything about old west oil field services? I sent them a resume online to see what they are talking about. The site said they have free housing and great pay. I just wanted to talk to some one, so hopefully they will give me a call.

Have to say I absolutely love my job hauling water in N.D.I have never made so much money for such an easy job.I usually start around 6am and run until 8 or 9 pm and never stop, just go all the time, maybe I'll make a sandwich if there is a line at a disposal. At the end of the day it is like hitting a jackpot when figuring hours and pay.

Hey bsd do you know anything about old west oil field services? I am thinking about going up to nd very serious about it. My main concern is the weather. I am from sc and have never felt -40 in my life cant even imangine what it feels like. If you or anyone else can give me the real deal about working and living up there I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not looking for no bs stories just the real life, weather, days work, money. Please give some insight, not interested in housing as i have that covered mainly weather and daily work. Please be honest as I will not only be basing my future on this decision but also my families and my home. Thank you.

The summers are nice in ND. Spring can be very wet. Some flooding. -40 crap happens occasionaly not every day of winter. It is harsh but with right clothing and preparing for emergencies it's no big deal. Cell phones, radios etc . It's not like your out with Lewis and Clark. Any oilpatch work can be dirty and greasy. Goes with the job. If it sounds too good to be true it is and the same for the bad.
