    I never actually talked to Southern Pride on here, but I certainly read all his messages. I came to have a lot of respect for him. He didn't pull punches, didn't mince words, you never had to guess what he was feeling. I liked the fact that he was always encouraging people to give it a shot, to make responsible money decisions, buying old trucks and maintaining them, falling down and get back up again. I think the world needs more people like Southern Pride. To many people are naysayers and defeated before they start. Not SP, and not me. NO GUTS, NO GLORY.

    To his family and friends, my condolences. Hope he gets to heaven and gets a 359 with a B Model.

    I would like to take a moment to thank all of you who donated for mrs,sp, TB has done a great job of keeping track of eveything, I got a call at 12:30 pm today ..they could not deliver at her home ,but she did recieve them at her work. when she opened the card an seen everyones names from the forum she was in tears..... her co-workers were asking who she got flowers from an from all the tears all she could get out was from some speacial friends....THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKEING HER DAY.......an TB thank you for handleing this for me..

    Mrs SP I'm sorry for your loss and I know you will keep SP in your heart forever. Those of us who have crossed paths with him both in life and in here will never forget him. My prayers are with you.

    wel its been a hell of a 2 weeks, left the housw with new batterys, an new belts, 12 hours later had to throw on the old belts??? 48 hours later had to replace 2 batterys, went from , miami to toledo, toledo to warren ,oh to pottstown ,pa to fort hood tx to birmingham,al , from birming ham to selma,al to fl...or should i say getting ready to go to fla tommorro, then pull maint on the bannan to correct the new belt thing, an get rembursed for the two shyat batterys, thru all this 2 dot inspection, one on easter sunday in arkanasa, "rat basturds" only scale that i crossed that was open,..but tommorro is another day..an the fun will start early...As for mrs ,sp chated briefly with her tonight, she was in some classes....good got this women dosnt stop!!!! but she is servivieng...glad to see this
