"Never had to worry about it" Just how long ago did you get laid off? These rules aren't new.

asked someone in the know. this is what i was told. most carriers will place in your dac file dissmiissed durning orientation. if you signed a relase form with who you are appying with they would be able to find out from who released you. to get requalified to drive with cdl you will have to go through a sap program and from 1 to 6 years of random drug testing. sap costs between 2 to 5 k.

If it has been less than 72 hours you can challenge it and request a new test maybe you'll have better luck on the second go.

As others have said,"6" years in the industry, what the hell did you think was going to happen? You screwed up, man up to it and move on...
Sorry to say this, but maybe it is for the best.

I know but a failed drug test is a serious deal anymore. I assure if they are a member of DAC then they reported it. You can get a copy of your DAC report. Its a good idea to do that every few years anyways

Driver I failed a pre hire drug screen when I started 6 years ago and I just went to another company and did not say anything about it Im not sure when they found out but they didn't do anything except test me more frequently. Its on my Dac and I have since gone to work for another company you can listen to these drivers that tell you all is hopeless or you can take charge and pray for a little good luck. Time is your enemy do not sit around waiting and remember you don't know anything.

I do believe the "bud" will stay in your system for 30 to 45 days. Give it a rest and try out with another company with mum being the word to them about your past failing test, don't volunteer any info. The days of poppin pills and tokin herb are pretty much over.

depending on how much you smoke it could stay in your system for up to 60 days......they sell the tests at cvs or rite-aid for $15 take a couple of tests and when you are clean apply to a different company
