1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I own a small trucking company and have a ton of freight.. so much freight that if i don't have a tractor/trailer available when you apply i will buy one, for the right driver..

I am always looking for good drivers that have 3 years of flatbed
experience, don't cry about tarping and don't cuss the customer.

Pay is competitive, home time is realistic.. If you are out 2 weekends in a row, i am bringing you home unless you tell me otherwise. Since most of our freight is 700 miles or less, i am bringing you back to our core shipping locations. If you are in those areas you are home alot. We run TX, NM, CO, UT, OK regularly.

We hire clean MVRs, Solid records, and someone that doesn't "need" to managed to get the load delivered on time. Our philosophy is simple, Drivers drive, i get us freight...

We are always signing on O/O's and have a really competive program for them...

Additional Info: We are apportioned in 36 states and do run coast to coast occassionally. I have a direct shipping location in every state along the i-40 except Arizona.

Sigh, doesn't have 3 years flatbed. You should start a new thread in the looking for jobs section. I know there are guys looking that have the experience you are looking for. Thanks for the information.

The reasons I sold my truck are the government is making up the rules as we roll along, csa 2010 is a joke getting points after hitting a deer and then being stopped for not having reflectors on truck mudflaps while I was pulling a trailer.Getting a ticket from a revenue collecting officer who said I was doing 60 in a 50 zone while I was in the middle of town looking for a street to turn left on.then getting a 472.00 ticket for not having a permit that my contract states the company is responsible for permits.I think that was the icing for the cake. Many companies that I leased onto was crooks one way or the other. So I guess I sold my truck because of frustartions with the system.I now have a job hauling radiation with my van, home everyday
