Holy Mass only takes and hour! Check out some daily schedules as you might be able to stop enroute. This is a site that you can check out. Mass Times is a non profit web site that allows traveling Catholics to locate Mass times and information for Catholic Churches around the world. www.masstimes.org/

I don't see how Covenant considers themselves religious after the way they treat thier drivers. A friend of mine just quit them because they treat you like a slave.

Actually that is based on Saturday being the Sabbath. But good luck with the search if you find one let me know I would honestly be interested in that company.

I didn't mention squat about how covenant treats drivers.

I wouldn't be caught dead at that place.

But they have alot of happy (appearently religious) drivers there.

    Just a suggestion is all...............

So the 34 hour reset would allow me to be off every Sunday, you get one reset per week?

No. You might reset in the week. Depends when and where you run out of hours. Too many factors involved. Like where your monday morning drop is. If you have to kick off at 8 am mon and it is a 15 hour trip you will be trucking by sunday. You might not even reset but pick up 8th day gain.

Trucking has to many variables. Especially OTR and for a new driver. Getting sundays off like clock work is few and far between. Many times I would roll right after the morning service in order to make my drop in time.

Based on experience... anytime a company promotes themselves as being "religious", I back away with my hand on my wallet, then turn and run without looking back lest I turn into a pillar of salt.
