    The reason they do this is the same reason they flash their high-beams at night to let you know you passed them.... they are LAZY!!!! All they want to do is sit back in the seat and hold the steering wheel. They won't touch the cruise of just flip the on-off switch for the headlights. Heck, half of them are too fat to even reach the dash with their gut in the steering wheels.

    So a truck governed at 65 is going up the hill at 35 and down the hill at 70. What does this have to do with governing trucks?
