Yes you do bring home more money while you're able to work. BUT this also means you pay less money to your Social Security benifits. IN THE LONG RUN " IF " YOU DO NOT SAVE ABOUT 10% OF YOUR PAY CHECK EVERY WEEK FOR RETIREMENT, THIS PERDIM DEAL HURTS YOU REALLY REALLY BAD. THE LESS SS YOU PAY IN THE " LESS " YOUR CO HAS TO PAY THE "LESS" YOU WILL GET WHEN YOU RETIRE OR BECOME UNABLE TO WORK & HAVE TO GET ON DISABILATY BENIFITS. The long story in a short answer is " IF " you can not save money the perdim pay deal " IS " not the way for you to go !!!!!!! The less SS you pay the less the company has to pay. In the real world you are "NOT" worth about antoher 7% of your weekly pay to the company. This does speak a GREAT deal about what the co. thinks of their employees. ALL of the companies in this world needs to learn that if you've got a $100 million $ contract with no one to do the work you've got NOTHING. It doesn't matter if you've got the BEST ceo, cfo, chairman or the best name "IF" you do not have the workers to do the work then again you've got NOTHING. When I run my little home repair & renovations co I ALWAYS made sure my 14 employees got an extra $20 - $200 bonus a week if they "my employees" made the co. money. I KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT IF I GOT A CONTRACT TO BUILD A $200,000 HOUSE OR A $200 ONE TO BUILD A SET OF STEPS I WOULD NOT MAKE A DIME IF I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH GOOD OR EVEN GREAT EMPLOYEES TO DO THE WORK. I ALSO KNEW THAT I WAS IN "NO" WAY MORE DESERVING OF MORE MONEY THAN THE LOBORERS I EMPLOYEED. "WE" ALSO RUN THAT CO FOR 11 YEARS & NEVER TOOK A YEARLY LOST. I'd have to say money means EVERYTHING to most people when it should mean the least or close to it. When does a person are co think they've made enough money? NEVER & that's what's wrong with this world today. If your neighbors house burns to the ground don't just give then some cloths, food, or money, HELP them build a new home. If everyone would think & do like this we would be in a hell-of-alot better would. JUST STOP & THINK, HELP & DO FOR OTHERS JUST AS YOU WOULD LIKE OTHERS TO DO FOR YOU. I've "never seen a Wells Fargo truck following funeral hurst I also know that "NO ONE" will go to see & stay with God if they have one oz of hate for anyone in their hearts. if they speak it or not.
