has any one ever had any experience with these schools? I live in southern new york and choices are slim.I have spoken with some carriers or checked there approved school lists online, and have not gotten any info on them.I can go through them on a VESID program witch would pay for it soup to nuts, but I hope I'm making a good choice.I am leaning toward L&M they seem to be more of a training school rather than just getting me ready for a road test.Any info would be great.

have you checked out NTTS up north in Syracuse..???
They look to have decent rigs but I dont know. I am thinking of doing my CDL here in NY too though its not my home state.. -
I stopped in at NTTS on the way to Buffalo. 8 acre campus with 25 late
model trucks. 40 years in business. It was very professional but the price for a 225 hr CDL A/B is a prohibitive $6000 with inclusives.
That was too much for me. 4K is ok but no more... -
I'm in orange county so for me to go to another school I would have to pay out of pocket, and that's out of the question right now.Have you thought of going to unemployment, they have a program to pay for retraining it will pay for school if you qualify.
