after pothole, fuel guage went down to empty and doesn't go back up after fueling. Is it level inside the fuel tank that might of broke or jammed or is there a sensor of some kind?
also i do not get any errors

my guess is you have a floating gauge, so the floating thing is either broken or stuck at the bottom.....

It's been a while but I think you can get a new one for around $100. If I remember there is two screw that hold it in. I would try to pull it out and unstick it first. Maybe it's just gummed up.
