    Is there a limit on how many times a Caterpillar 6nz running at 625 Hp can be rebuilt?

    As long as the upper and lower counter bores are still with in spec and the crank shaft area is good which are the most expensive parts to replace I think several times. Preventive maintenance goes along way.Thanks for serving are country
