    Version? - main screen\preferences\device\about - upper right.

1945 is the latest version for the 510/710

    Thanks,

If you connect your TND to your computer, close the Dock, then go to my computer and look for the external drive. Look for a folder called NaviMaps and the files starting with DCA, let me know the date of the file.

8/17/2009 - you need to update the maps
2/19/2010 (or later) you have the latest maps in production.

    Thanks,
    mark

Did you try charging both by DC and AC?

    Thanks,

Anytime you do not see a reply within that day, please E-Mail me on these issues.

This sounds like a software issue.

Please E-mail me and we will work out the details or you can call Rand Support and ask for Sam (level 2). He can remote into your TND and see what the issue is. This sounds just like a software issue which can be corrected.

Again I am sorry I did not catch this earlier. I have been from Houston to Chicago the last two weeks.

    Thanks,
    mark

    Thanks,

Just because other trucks are on the route does not make it truck legal. Their may be restriction on road segments that are not posted to the driver, yet are in place in the map database. I send the above to Rand to check it out.

    Thanks,
    mark

Connect your 700 to the computer and when the Dock pops up, top row, 2nd from left, do a backup (not full), then disconnect the 700 and connect the 710, do a restore off the same button (not full).

Verify your data transferred first before you do any updates.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Rand will look at that feature, but how does it know what the next cross street is when it does not really know what direction you are going. They must be pre-guessing.

The Custom POI is being worked on right now. Not fully functional at this moment.

If you care to send me your POI List then I can work with it on a 510/710 and see what I can do with it.

The speed is determined by the speed on each map segment of your route.

    Thanks,
    Mark
