What is it that was done to get your MPG up? I am just wondering what could be done to make that big of a difference?

Yeah, that is a HUGE difference! You have an awesome mechanic, obviously!

On a side note, I know you guys post a lot of updates on the Facebook page, but can any of you afford the time once a week to post your week's synopsis on here? Just a short blurb, not a huge presentation like EverrTrucker is doing (I love his, but cant figure out where on earth he gets the time to do that!). Where you went, miles run for the week and turned in, maintenance issues.....

Kinda like LMB did at the start. :biggrin_25514:

Yeah but you would of grossed 5685.00 and 6854.00 regardless of what your fuel mileage was. It don't mean a thing what your gross pay is it is what your net pay is or take home pay after expenses. That number means something.

Just for comparison my last 3 weeks were

    gross 7136.15 net 2824.85
    gross 5562.61 net 2217.95
    gross 5781.40 net 2681.91

See the gross number sounds like a humongous number but the net isn't nearly as impressive.

Stating the obvious...... OK, that is an assumption I shouldn't make for all drivers reading this.

The difference is, you NEED to gross that much. I turned down a load of flowers out of Miami this morning after I mt'd out, and my wife and I are setting on the beach in indian rocks beach FL enjoying the sunset. I will probabably get a load of "OJ" in the morn, and head to Callie. You just take your big butt and run, run, run. Lord knows you need it, just for food

Jct has 3k mile loads for solo drivers? Why wouldn't they put them on the rail like all other companies seem to be doing?

One throws insults when they don't have enough intelligence for a good response. Truth is you must not be very intelligent. So should I just assume correctly that your net numbers are not nearly what mine were the last few weeks. I figure if they were you would of posted them. See gross numbers don't mean nothing but you thought you would impress some people.
