    No, C.R. England is lying. You have to drive through everything. Including that nasty little ice storm that the Ozarks/Springfield MO area got last january.

    Yes..I have a few tickets n a couple accidents on my driving record.

    ..uh huh..yea.....That'll take some time for those to fall off. Probably still will balk at it, due to the fact that you have a history of traffic violations.

    Has anyone talked to you about your record? Are they recently, were they pretty close around the same time? Jaws was right, your going to probably need to start as a helper (laborer). Records are a big :biggrin_25513:no no in driving! Doesn't it take 7 years for your record to become clean again?

    I'd look into getting a job at a place like ABF or Roadway. You can work on the docks until your driving record clears up, and then go driving for them. Driving records don't take long to clear up. Criminal records are the big problem in trucking, at least with some outfits. Some won't look at you if you stole a pack of ten-cent gum 30 years ago. Others will hire you today if you robbed a bank yesterday. Well, I should say they'll hire you today if you got out of prison yesterday for robbing the bank.
