Dynamike adjusts the outgoing audio level of your mic, delta tune is an adjustment to "tweak" interference from the other channels. If your 25 has those knobs you may want to check them.

Hey Dave, check this radio out. Maybe more than you need but it is an awesome radio at great price. And it has a jumper pin to convert to CB channels. No soldering required.

Wholly Crap - I cant operate a normal one well enough to try to deal with one like this. LOL.

I have been on line reviewing them and there is a new version of the 29 that just came out and it has the weather alert (even when the radio is off) as well as most of the nicer features. It's on sale (lol) but still reading up to see what I want. I like the one with the blue tooth - but not sure I need that.

It is not as complicated as it looks! That will be my next radio. I picked up a nice Uniden with weather channel off ebay for $75. If you have time to wait on one being shipped to you, you can find some good deals on ebay.

I really don't understand the blue tooth concept on CB's. From what I understand you use the mic to talk, thus it is not hands free which is what blue tooth is supposed to be for. Of course it's not easy to confuse me...

Had couple of interesting weeks. First finally met baritone in Richfield. It was a pleasure visiting with you hopefully next time well have more time to shoot the breeze.

Was also in Maryland again with a beer load when I arrived at distributor he said " is your load upright?" I said I haven't broken the seal yet but I believe it to be as I have 8 straps on bulkhead and 2 on back. He said its just that we've had a couple of problems already this morning. So I proceeded to open my doors and found about 10 inches of slack in the rear 2 straps and though I didn't realize it prior breaking for the crazies on the beltway caused load to move up but bulk head held with no problems. After I was in docks and unloaded I went into break down the bulkhead only to see two guys working on picking up cans from 1 of 2 raven trucks whose loads had shifted. Brother, what a mess. No telling how many hours they ended up putting into that.

Last real interesting thing I saw was in a small town in PA. We've all seen signs that say" no engine brakes" or "engine retarders prohibited" but this towns hade signs that said" NO BRAKE RETARDERS" now correct me if im wrong but isn't a brake retarder something like an accelerator! Lol! I think the mayor may have light colored hair.

I just posted a question/survey on the maroon mob blog under may 12th. Hope you'll check it out. On another note I started solo on nov. 11th 2010 so I just completed 6 mos and my hub miles as of this am is 73,056 miles. In the last 6 mos made a lot of friends and had a lot of help along the way. Thanks to all.

(holly cow) straps loose, when i was there back in the 90's the first thing they said in the CLASS ROOM IS, REMOVE THE DAM SEAL, yes those beer loads will move forward if the loader does'nt push those pallets tight, check those straps a couple times daily, if its a metal seal just slyd a metal seal with the end cut off along the one thats lock and this will unlock it, the same way you would use on your closet door at home with a card, then put the metal seal back on but just bend the end so the guard if theres one at the delivery won't say anything, but millis should give you a box of plastic seal for this, they used to anyway, jb hunt was good for having beer leaning to the side swift too, there not allow to remove seals, don't you guys make me come out of retirement for this

Yeah we have seals. Fact is the worst traffic was within 10 miles of the receiver and your right this time they were not loaded tight.

Also if you have some of the bottles the cases are narrower at the top then the bottoms and the tops will lean forward some if you get on the brakes hard but the bottoms will not
