    Nope...as a newbie, he would get only .28 a mile to start.

    But they offer some great bonuses (on time delivary/pick-up) for our Bay Area drivers, new or not.

    Unloading is not a big issue, it usually involves multiple stops. Unless it's something you don't want to do. It can easily bring a small check to a substiantial size :)

    After the research that I did for my boyfriend, we decided that KLLM would be right. They are not as big as some of the others, but big enough to offer good benefits. Starting pay is $.34, with the opportunities for bonuses. So far, it seems to be a good company. They have a terminal in Fontana.
