Congrats guys!! Im here now, just finished day one. Already 1 guy gone. Well see how many come back.

Ask your recruiter to double check that. Since I just moved to Texas, I still had my temporary paper CDL when I went through orientation and they were fine with that. Of course, I have had a CDL for about nine years now...

We ARE picky! Like our gear says, "Driven by the best." Not everyone can make the grade. Many of that 35 mentioned above probably did not pass the drug test or had something on their DMV/Criminal record they thought they could get by with. Not so. Many of the others probably thought they would get a shiny new truck, drive around the country at their leisure, and Prime would send them lots of money. By the end of the second day, they realized they were gonna have to WORK HARD for the money. Congratulations on making the "first cut"!

 

BBradUMA, I pulled the wrong one of your posts to "quote". I meant to comment on the one where you mentioned needing your plastic license from NHDMV not just the paper one.

 

O I know why he left.... He took the drug test... then security came, took him to his room to get his stuff, then escorted him off the property. As the security guy said, they WILL find out.

 

I don't understand how people fail a drug test that they KNOW is coming?

Does Prime do hair follicle?

 

Haha, it never ceases to amaze me. They explained the consequences of failing the drug test to our class and one guy decided to heed the advice and not to take it so he'd atleast have a bus ride home. THEN minutes later he returned and said he wanted to "give it a try" and of course ended up failing. It's something that I will never understand. Also, I know the physcial was an issue for some and even the background check. There's no point in lying which some do, they have it all on the screen during your interview and will find out.

 

Ya.... Never underestimate the power of stupidity. I have nothing on my record that I know about... I mean Ive had 5 FBI backround checks in the past 4yrs, never had anything show up.
