I gotcha now. Great idea if you ask me... hopefully you'll find an O/O whom that will work with. Where are you located? I know once I post this and your last post comes into view, I'll probably see it and look like a dork for asking.... but what the hell :biggrin_2559:

I run more then that sometimes but it's proabably a good average. my runs seem to be alot of $550 and i'll have about $150-$200 in fuel for that. remember I no longer have any trl expenses (actually I have $150/wk income from my trailer) and my insurance is only like $300 a month now vs the $750 I was paying. I will end up with about $3300 gross this week with mabey $1100 in fuel. it was going to be more untill my high paying haz mat load cancelled

my total fuel expense. If you figure 300mi a day that's about 50 gallons, sometimes less because i get quite a few loads around 20k lbs plus there is enough time to run slower. i've had loads where i'm up at 7mpg. Plus as long as I fuel at the dallas or houston yard i'm guaranteed the cheapest fuel price in the state

and I was home monday too and will be back home saturday

7mpg? Wow.. rock on.. I love me some 7mpg, now if we could only see it more than once in a very seldom blue moon....

You think we could sneak in and get some of that cheap fuel too?

I'm glad you're liking it and it's working out for you. I know hometime is important to you and I think it does wonders for your personal state of mind.
