    Sure it does.

Now tell me why on your physical long form is there a spot to measure both corrected and uncorrected vision. Why is there a spot on you license application. Asking if you wear corrective lense's.

Simple because you are supposed to be honest and tell them about any prescribed glasses! To not do so is a lie. Further there is a mechanism for reporting you have glasses but do not require them for operation(if you had done your physical right there would have been no problem).

Still does not change the fact you did not get inspected for sun glasses. It did not happen without you contriving a situation where they then knew you had a prescription.

Just use logic. Do you suspect they stop everyone wearing sunglasses and check for a waiver? NO! Of course not. So your silly story trying to create a rational reason for your irrational fear of weigh stations is seen through.

Remember that is what all your fantasy was about. How a poor little you almost got a ticket for something you didn't do. Bull squeeze no DOT Officer looked at a pair of sunglasses on your head and said "Gee he need's a vision waiver to wear those". It did not happen and now your trying to confuse the fact by arguing physical forms. Doing an incomplete job of both by the way.

As for your story, well simple logic disproves it.

Physicals. Look at page 2 vision section. Look up physical requirements(something you should already have done prior to your being issued a CDL) . Everything I have said is in there.

You are a piece of work.

Look at the form again. The doctor has to mark whether the corrected lenses are required.

The same holds true at the State licensing department.

You still have no idea why I wear glasses or not.

Apparently as a know it all, you cannot understand logic.

I am finished with your ignorant posting.

I do not care what fantastic fabrication you have come up with to weasel out of your story they wanted a vision waiver for sunglasses.

Probably some allergy to sunlight, or myopic infarction caused by bright light huh? All irrelevant to the fact you are to disclose all prescriptions on your long form and all eyeglass prescriptions to your state. That is fact. If you had done that there would be an exception on your medical card stating that. If you did not disclose it you are in violation.

QED the officer would have been right to question you. But we all know he didn't for the simple fact you are still trying to hide the irrational fear you have created about law enforcement officers doing their job with a fairy tale.

Now do all drivers disclose like they are required. No, because as I stated mediocre people let small issues slide. Then they make up fairy tales to cover their failures, or create them to excuse their behavior.

Simple fact remains you were never questioned about wearing sunglasses unless you did something to draw attention to them.

This was during a level 3 at the scale on I-94 February of last year.

He tried to say that I should have taken my 34 hour restart at home instead of the terminal. They are about 300 miles apart and I have no reason to go at home that weekend. I asked if there was a law requiring it?

He then checked my logs and could find nothing wrong with them.

He looked at my license and saw no restriction for glasses and went for it.

I have legal vision for driving and it is noted on my medical long form as required by law.

It shows the readings with and without glasses as very close. Therefore legal as stated and properly reflected on the medical form. Exactly as you have been ranting that I did not do.

This guy has inspected me 4 times during January and February. He was always an arrogant (you fill in the blank space). He would always get nasty when he could not find something.

It became obvious that they were only looking for money items. When I told him I would gladly come back for the court date, he went ballistic and got red in the face.

After dealing with this 4 times, I found it easier to route around this scale.

I have been inspected many times at other scales and nothing was ever the problem.

Minnesota just seems to have issues that are not worth my trouble. You want to go there, be my guest.

It may seem that this is a story, but I cannot help that.

You seem to have trouble dealing with it and accuse people of Federal Marshalls, and black helicopters and telling lies.

This leads me to believe and think that you are acting like a troll.

    So, this makes it even.

You know I was gonna let your woeful tales go.

However avoiding a scale out of fear may solve you pooing in your pants at the thought of facing an inspection, but is needless and gives the wrong advice when confronted with you fictitious boogey officer. Perhaps seeking some proffesional help would solve your issues.
I doubt it as your story has now changed yet again to include what I said was needed on medical form. Somehow the sun glasses are gone, and now he was writing you up for a restart location. Whatever happened to you in life that makes you waste fuel and time going around instead of standing on your performance is probably beyond correction.

So to the OP, yes you can use some of them, now some will be blocked off when closed. Keep your equipment and your paperwork in an orderly fashion and you will have nothing to fear.If you come across a terse officer rely on your ability, attitude( sound attitude of confidence, not a "screw you" or a field mouse type") and your professionalism.

I know their are those as evidenced by the fantasy above who will preach an adversarial relationship with all DOT. That will tell you more about the person spouting the nonesense than their quaint fantasies of persecution.

I too was going to let your comment go.

    My story did not change.

The medical form DOES NOT HAVE A RESTRICTION for eyeglasses. No where did I say different.

MY DRIVERS LICENSE does not have a restriction for them either. I was wearing glasses. They were SUNGLASSES which are still GLASSES.

The amount of fuel to miss the scale is less than a gallon. The route is only 8 miles different and less traffic.

It is my money, not yours.

The only way that this can be PROVED is to post the inspection forms, my medical form and my drivers license. This will never happen. It is none of your business.

Even then a troll will find a problem.

The best thing to do with you is to place you on an ignore list.
