SO i heard a funny news story on the radio the yesterday:

This woman sees a pair of legs sticking out from behind a vending machine, so she looks behind it and sees a young guy "going to work on himself"

So she calls the cops and they arrest him, and take him to the police station. They have him sitting on a bench with one hand cuffed to the bench. The officer goes to get something and comes back and yet AGAIN this kid has his pants around his ankles and is trying to finish what he started behind the vending machine








seriously, how stupid is this guy?
