sorry cant help, other than to suggest that you do a new post and haed it with something like "help 3406b fuel adjustment screw??" -
on the rear of the fuel pump toward the bottom there is a small plate with 2 bolts. remove it and feel in there for two small bolts. these are the adjusters. there is a locknut u loosten then back out the center bolt part. the center takes an allen wrench if i remember correctly. the cat tool is like a deep well socket w a handle and an allen wrench thru the center so u can hold the bolt while you tighten or loosten the bolt. it is very important that u turn both of the adjusters the same amount. 2or 3 turns will usually make a noticable improvement but i dont know what is maximum. i have heard of guys turning them way out. thats for somebody besides me to know.

Black pipes is right for the most part. Just go find a the right socket to fit out of your 1/4" drive set. Try to find a long allen wrench that will fit the adjustment screws, it makes it easier.
You have to turn them out. Count the turns and remember it or write it down. I wouldn't go over 5 turns at first. You go to many and you will need to really watch your turbo temps unless you have any knowledge of advancing the timing.
After you're done with then screws go to the AFRC and turn that screw in some. That will give you your snap to the motor.
