My first truck oly had 223000 miles on it, and my second had 122000 miles , but I know you will do better on that. I don't have time for you anymore, I have to go spend some of the money I made, and you must keep on working

So when are you going to come clean about the blown engine in Macon,Ga? With the fuel mileage numbers you were getting I know you weren't making much since you were solo.

It was a bad acuator that caused the oil leak. It was fixed for $250.00,and I did get my fuel mileage up to 6.5mpg. It was bad fuel that caused that problem. Changed fuel filters 4 times to take care of it. Yes my weekly pay did come up $650.00 a week. But there again, I don't have to worry about that anymore. I am home and enjoying my life

We all make mistakes Bigkid. I am not on any sides; however, I just want accurate information and no misleads that lead to arguments and debates.

    LMB,

Enjoy retirement and hope the wife is doing better at home. Best wishes to you in your next adventure.

I need to have my head examined. I have no idea why I've stayed subscribed to this thread for so long. Well, I know why I used to. It was a great thread with outstanding information on this company. I remember, in the very beginning, I posted fairly often and was somewhat skeptical of JCT's lease, but over time, I watched LMB do well, and others came and went, some doing well, some not so well. I came to my own conclusions, and that conclusion is that there is a legitimate opportunity offered at JCT, and a driver can do well there.

I've learned everything I could want to learn about this company without actually driving for them, and to those who have contributed to that, I thank you.

BigKid, I'm glad that things are working well for you, and I know ACT is a great outfit. I know others who drive for them and they do well. But for the life of me, I can't understand why you continue to hit this thread and comment the way you do. From my perspective, you are simply being antagonistic due to some form of bitterness or resentment at how things played out. Perhaps from your perspective you're evangelizing and want others to capitalize on the great deal you've discovered, but that's not how it comes across at all.

This thread has existed well beyond its useful life, and I see no reason to continue getting my daily updates just to read ridiculous bickering. I will be unsubscribing the second I hit "Post Quick Reply".

LMB, I wish you the very best as you start the next chapter of your life. Thank you for starting, what had been, one of the most informative threads on this forum.

    I'm out.

I will tell you why I keep posting here. The guy I talked to on Tuesday morning had just leased a 2007 Pete 379 with 750,000 miles on it for 54 months. That truck has been paid off by JCT already but they insist on screwing him over for 54 months at almost $600 a week. The regular drivers on here act like JCT is such a great deal but after 6 months of running alot of miles every week his best check has been $1100 and he has not yet had any mechanical problems which will happen and then what? I just want to point out that there are much better options out there like mine. He is the 11th person to lease that truck. That is alot of people who failed to make money or went broke trying to make it. Then if someone like Sha post where they went broke all the regulars on here do is make fun of them or insist they are lying.:biggrin_25513:
