sorry I have been away from inet for a while! He got the 200 advance which would be available to him(still hasn't used it..trying to hold out for emergency only) and he got the 100 the day he left actually. He was told it would be put onto his card the following wednesday but it was actually given to him the day he left with trainer. From what I am understanding from reading on here----things change week to week about training,schooling.etc...hard to keep up with it..but so far he has made it using the 100 and the few dollars he already had to take with him. He is having a good experience with his trainer---very nice guy. I will hopefully have inet back soon...good luck!

JimBob24 and Panhandle flash Thank this. -
Thanks for the info. Every little bit helps as I try to make informed decisions about getting into this business.

Finally saw another Central Refrigerated truck a couple of days ago. I live in middle GA and have only seen that one around here although I saw two near Savannah a month ago. I really thought I would see more of them on the road than I do but maybe they are mostly in North GA.

where in ga are you im in savannah. central does do a lot throgh out the state most is in the atl area espically norcross and the fulton ind area they have warehouses they haul out of in macon, rincon, brunswick and ive been seeing several in the port of savannah but you have to have atwic card to even get in there. theres a cold storage warehouse in plains also that they do. and also a nestle warehouse in mcdoungh.

they haul a lot out of sara lee at the75 475 split south of town plus they run 16 a lot going to savannah. theres not a lot of refrigerated stuff in macon so its just mainly a cut thru town.

Look for the trailers with the black and red stripes. They use so many colors and types of tractors now it is easyer to look for trailers.
