this is long over due. But I worked for these people in2009 for two weeks.. I did a inventory sheet before i got in the truck. I told the SAFETY DIRECTOR that the lock was broken onthe side box where the fire extinguisher was located. He said they would fix it...that meant keep going and screw it if it's a D.O.T. violation. I kept asking when will you fix this problem....they kept putting it off...then they pulled me in and fired me . They told me I complained too much about fire extinguisher. Then to top it off they put on my DAC report that i yelled at dispatcher. Every thing these companies put on your DAC is really hard to get off. They can stand firm on what they say and that's it....they can ruin your career in an instant. their rude and don't care about the driver. the owner is a fat big who walks around like he owns the world......Im just so disgusted...I don't even know who to contact...tulsa dac isn't much help...

I did give them opportunity to respond to a D.O.T. regulation. You mean to tell me you would risk going over and over a weight station....then you don't know the d.o.t. they fired me....I had left a good job to be near my son....I had no intention of leaving.....
