Overweight = 2529.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So you fat. lol -
So I am BMI....
Well at least barely over..........
-
Dave to be good you are supossed to weigh 150 lbs. lol
-
I do have a neck issue with dress shirts, just thought it was all muscle due to throwing my chains over the loads.........
-
That's why it is BS. lol The thing is that skinny people can have sleep apnea too.

At 5'7", my BMI is 33, however my waist is well under the 40" threshold. Also, I work out, so a good amount is muscle. So, what does that mean? I, along with soooo many others, shouldn't be judged by BMI, as it's imperfect at best. Hell, even if I brought my bodyfat down to 8% my BMI would still be over 27, making me overweight according to that P.O.S. index.
Diesel Dave and MiodnightFox Thank this. -
My waistline is 37, goodpoint Thehealthydriver.
