    Mark, What can I do about my TND randomly forgetting my settings? Like I turned it on this morning and the volume was at maximum, yesterday it set the map to auto scale when I have that off.:biggrin_25512:

    Connect to your laptop, close the Dock.. then go to Navi/user and delete the user.ini file. Then disconnect from the laptop, let it power up, reset all your settings, wait 1 minute, power off and then power on again. See if your settings stayed the same.

    What version are you on? main screen/preference/device/about - upper right.

    make sure you reboot the TND every couple of days also.

    Needs updated:

    The 500 shows ramp from Rt60 in Kentucky onto the Bluegrass Parkway is weight restricted, it's not, and causes a 30min longer route...I drive that route frequently...

    Once a week? That's fairly astounding actually. In reality I find a lot more reliability out of any brand GPS to power it completely off at night and then it gets a reboot in the morning when you turn it back on.
