CB Status reports.

I know the feeling, sometimes I wonder if my radio is working. To each their own but I keep it on all the time.

 

Does anybody know why the hell people say "Audio Audio"? had a guy saying it over and over the other day in nevada.

 

I don't run a CB most of the time. Too much chatter that I don't care to listen to. I prefer some tunes from the iPod or sometimes silence.

I enjoy making the turbo whistle!

 

that is the new way of doing things i guess. i get done that way all the time. i ask and ask and ask about what is going on ahead of me and i get nothing. it is frustrating sometimes. oh well. grab a gear and keep on trucking.

 

Are you doing it to help or for a reward? Few people use the radio anynore because as Redd says to many life stories of big riches and 70 years and 8 million miles(seriously 70 friggin years and your still in a ratty bailing wire FLD?????) To bother even turning it on.

Well that or the constant "What are the coops doing?" 2 miles "What are the coops doing?" Repeated all day every two miles.


I digress. If you were doing it to help you did what you could. If your doing it for a reward give yourself a cookie and move on.

i have the radio on--i just dont want to talk to you--and no--you didnt save me from a life or death accident--i have eyes-- and some times i even have a clue as to whats happening around me----so generally i dont need a seeing eye dog--also--i dont care what the coops are doing--or what the bears are doing--unless some GOOD LOOKING girl is flashing drivers--that is all that concerns me on the radio

 

I agree. Every 2 minutes, it's "How about it, westbound(or east, north, or south)" until he get's a reply. Then it's "I just got on, can't help you". Or "what are the Michigan coops on 94 doing" when they're in Illinois, and 2 hrs away......
