sorry mr v .good luck though my test was around the corner three exits on 95 and can u put the trailer in the dock. and zapeater do you work for pbc or an independent bottler?
-
Well these last posts cause me a little concern. I start Pepsi on June 1st. NYS does not require an alley dock for the CDL A test, so I hope my mentor will teach me. This is the 1st offer of employment I have received since trying OTR.

Yeah....neither does PA. But you gonna have to do it alot daily, so they see if you can do it.
Don't know if you applied for trans port driver or bay door truck. But Phila,PA was teamster.
Skills test is first( hook to Trl, PTI,backing and 90,45 docking)
You'll know if you don't pass, won't take you out on public road.
Good Luck! -
I alooked to Bay Driver and they know I have no experience. There has been no mention of a skills test. I was told by HR that the road test is after I go out with a mentor 3-6 weeks.

I'm not sure but I think it is different for bay trucks. All I exp. was for transport driver.
Are bay Trks automatics? -
I think so, but until I start, I don't know for sure.
