The only people in Midland/Odessa with a CDL and not working is people who choose not to work. So find away to get here and you should be behind the wheel as soon as you pass the physical, drug test, and back ground check.

Yep. It's a similar situation down in The Corpus Christi area &, from what I hear, up in western ND.

Key Energy is a good company and they got a (CDL Drivers Needed) sign hanging out side their Stanton Tx location. Stanton Tx is about 15 mins (13miles) from Midland Tx. They also have a location in Odessa Tx. Stanton Tx also has a nice new hotel, so maybe Key will foot a hotel bill.

 

Does anyone know of any companies offering 14 on 14 off or anything like that. I know of one in ND but it gets way to cold there.

 

they called me but they are going to see if there is something available , i dont know what happens with these people . Do they really have the need for drivers or just playing with me. Im going to try with the other two companies . Im tired of been 1 hr filling applications online.

 

I suggest calling/applying with multiple companies instead of waiting around for one single company.

 

I agree. It's a complete pain in the ###, but you're going to be better off leveraging your time and chances by applying to multiple companies at once.

In the end, getting into one of these jobs will be so worth it.
