You can't go wrong with Trimac ...

I got shafted here with this deal I got promised that was close to my home town
    I fell for it ...

    It was my mistake ...

I had way better numbers before Calvert ...

Well that is very good about the escrow. So this may very well turn out good for you after all. They were listed in the top 20 companies to drive for recently.
The only thing I have ever seen unions do is protect the troublemakers.

    Your exactly right ...

I screwed up by coming to this terminal

Compare the numbers I posted ... I am most likely going to the Louisville KY terminal but considering the LA terminal
But never the less I'll be profitable

To answer your earlier question truthfully

Trimac is a Great Company , Pro Driver all the way

The absolute only reason I'm so pissed is I finally hit the breaking point with this union crap ...

It's not Trimac I promise you .. If they had there way it would be union free
It's 99.9% in USA union free ... Not sure about Canada
00.1% is Calvert City ... And trust me if they could they would be rid of it there too. But they inherited it in a buy out of Liquid Transport ( or Liquid something )
So they are tied up same as me ...

Just glad ( once again I got options ) of a transfer

You will not have this problem I assure you Trimac is a great place to work for a IC or a Company Driver

My frustrations are not pointed at Trimac at all not even a little bit
It is SOLEY pointed at theTEAMSTER 's local ????
And the pay for dispatch and no benefits and just complete crap ..

Not mad or upset with Trimac not one bit

You will be happy to work here

    Update !!!!

As if you haven't heard ... Already ..:)
I'm transferring out of Calvert hopefully be finalized by Wednesday or Thursday this coming week ...

I finally hit the breaking point with this union stuff at Calvert . I have spent more than I have made here since I went to Calvert .. ( it seems but that's a exaduration)

I am excited bout hitting the road again and running system as I orginally hired on for ... Which was OTR ( not dedicated , not union )

Im happy with Trimac ... ( for the record )

Just not happy being assiocated with a Union ...

im sorry you where mislead on the method of dispatch in calvert city,it is a great terminal to work out of and we do enjoy the benefits of being in the union 4 to 6 cents per mile higher than other terminals, cheaper cost for health ins.,larger saftey bonus %,higher hourly rate. this all adds up to about 10,000 per yr more for doing the same work at another terminal. that seems pretty good to me
