This is night 10 in a motel. The dealer says they can fix the truck by noon tomorrow IF they can get the go ahead from PAM.

Today the work on the truck was complete on time. We're now at the Laredo PAM yard waiting for a tire to be replaced. It seems one of the PAM techs took a new tire off the truck and raplaced it with a bad one.

Whatever, I'm just glad to be on the truck again. Maybe I can still up grade close to on time.

Well, we're still at PAM Laredo yard. The techs are putting a valve in our trailer to fix the ABS. We should be rolling in an hour. Fingers crossed.

We finally made it out of Laredo. I got some good drive time and we're spending the night in Atlanta, Ga.

Our next load picks up in SC and goes all the way to Ca. They are giving us miles now.

More troubles. This trailer has a bad tire and the ABS light doesn't work. Having both fixed now. Then we'll get a few hours sleep and hit it hard about 4am.

Trainer says if ABS doesn't work it's on the driver. If it works and stays on it's on the company. So, it's a good idea to get them fixed if you want to avoid a ticket. We drove the last across the country with the ABS light on.

Anyway, getting plenty of time behind the wheel. This load's going to El Paso. Leaving Eloy Az. now.

With so many bad ones it seems not many drivers worry about it.
