oh well one more to go called key energy , toll me have to wait for positions available . Cannot apply to plains bacasue you have to have hazmat mandatory .let me try pioneer
-
Ya, Hazmat is a bonus here in the oilfield. Now some will still hire you without it but they give "X" amount of time to get it. Anyhow, Pioneer should need Class A w/hazmat being a plus.
Superior Well Service is another Fracing company. Check out their employment section.

If you really want to go to work-get your tail to where the work is and hit the shops. 95% of hiring in oilpatch is face to face. Walk in and tell them you need job and will make them a good hand. They throw most of what they get by email and other means in trash. Take a chance and go to where the work is. You got to learn to expand you comfort zone when times are tough. Those that do will make it and prosper. Those that don't-well take a look at Detroit and places like that. Good luck.

Yes sir, everything you see requires a driver, even that long white pics in the middle where all the hoses connect. There is also a wireline crew which isn't shown in this pic that consist of a logger truck and a crane. The Frac company also has a crane which they call a line truck that is also not shown. Depending on how many pumps, you can have 20 different big trucks on one job. Now if you look to the left side, you'll see a fuel tanker. That is my job, I refuel all the trucks you see in that pic. -
You also forgot the sand haulers.......depending on the size of the job.....
and how many "Frac Stages" the job is running a day...and for how many days...
between 6 and up to 24 trucks around the clock to keep the bins full on the sand movers.
The oil patch IS about trucking...... -
Yes sir,
Now I don't deal with sand but someone once told me a single sand truck load is about enough sand for one stage. If that is true, a single Frac job can run 3-30 stages..most of the ones I handle are 7-14 stages. So that is a lot of sand deliveries. And they have Frac jobs lined up back to back. They only stop when a job is done and they have to move to a new location (sometimes to sleep lol)...that or resestting hours which is usually only on Sunday.
I got a bunch of pictures I'm going to work on uploading and posting.
