I've talked to their recruiters so I think I have a good understanding on how things go there. But would like to hear the good or otherwise from drivers.

I pull loads for them as a Contract Carrier. It's funny how they work, If they can't get a load cover, the rate keeps going up. I seen a load that by the end of the day it had jump 40% of the original post. I only pick certain loads from them.

And AVOID their Irving, Texas terminal for orientation or recruiting - very, very bad experience last summer, involving a lady (recruiter) lying to company brass about me to cover her butt for insulting one of my previous employers....
