You've got the brewery there in Cartersville. I worked for Commercial Carriers out of Auburndale, you might try them www.driveccc.com, they're a regional carrier who haul a lot of budweiser product. I think "Cowan" is a primary carrier as well as "Millis". I would look into those companies, I know CCC hires fairly new drivers, not sure about the other 2 companies but worth a second look.

 

Like Trashtrucker said, you could could do a lot worse than Millis, IMHO. And your right in their area,which would probably be condusive to hometime for ya.

There is also 7 Hills Transport in Cartersville, GA. Millis Transfer is just north of Cartersville. Kennesaw Transportation is in White, GA (just east of Cartersville). Hope these help. These are north west Georgia. Don't know of anything in north east Georgia, not my neck of the woods.
