I have a hot tip on a job driving a propane delivery truck to deliver and fill residential propane tanks in Indiana. From my understanding I have to have a CDL with HAZMAT.
My problem is I have central serous retinopathy in the right eye. I can see excellent out of my left eye and great out of my right eye except a small area in my right eye where I read. I can't read or tell you how many fingers you are holding up yet Periphial is excellent in both eyes so much that I can tell how many fingers out of my periphial.
My question is; is there a vision waiver I can apply for to get a CDL in Indiana? Even if I get an "Intrastate" restriction then this is no big deal since I'll just driving a propane delivery truck around my region of the state.
Anyone have any experience or advice with this?

Without doing any searching or checking the regulations, my gut feeling says that if you can't see, you can't drive.
