"Weed-Burners" Should Be Illegal.......

we have 65 trucks and 75 curtain vans all weed burners so it doesnt burn the curtain

 

hey patriot it woulndt be a bad idea to design a better filter or a new routing way for the weed burners and patent it then sit back and enjoy the money till then your thread is pointless and ill be the guy parked next to you iddling with my weed burner...

Years ago I was parked at a truckstop in Quebec in my Fliner COE. During the night a car hauler pulled in tight beside me. I woke up with the cab full of "smoke". Half awake I figured "truck on fire" and lunged for the door. When the fresh air hit me I passed completely out and fell headfirst out of the cab onto the frozen ground. Fortunately another driver saw me and got me up on my feet. Was I ever sick. Barfed my guts out and could hardly walk. Then my head started splitting and I couldn't see. Somebody called ambulance.

Doc told me that in a couple more minutes I would NOT have woken up... ever.

Yeah, weed burners can kill you dead. Had that happened and the car hauler left they would have never figured out what did me in. Every time I hear of a driver found dead in his truck I think of this and wonder.

 

I have parked next to weed burners running all night and never had a problem with exhaust fumes getting in my truck. I take it you had your windows down or your shaker had holes in it.

 

Is the driver dead?

 

When I first started driving OTR my pet peeve was idiots in their reefer unit that sounds like an M1a1 abrams tank revving right next to your ear. But now the noise doesn't really bother me.
