about dmv report

    so i got a non moving violations bout a month ago do those show up on your driving record my company paid the ticket. one violations was for leaking fuel tank. the other was for brake box top being open.

    I dont think those will show up on your MV report. Did you get a citation from your HP/DOT officer?

    a non-moving violation is just that...non-moving......it does not show up...however in your situation, had you been given a driver inspection report by the officer, you very well WILL BE nailed for CSA points, you would have to check THAT list.
