They should have put a few bullet holes in him first, that would have stopped him from trying to jump over.

 

Maybe they just need to change the method they use to deport them:

 

a bin laden style flight would be the way to go
actually i feel bad for the guy to a point---he just hopefully wants to better his life and to do by the legal means would be next to impossible for him---i guess life sucks --then you fall down at a port

 

No......."workers comp" is 100% EMPLOYER paid.
Many states require an employer to cover even temporary and casual workers with WC

 

well that sure isnt fair then--to be working here---illegally and still be able to collect the benifits of the job---

what about unemployment?
and old age checks--surely to god they cant collect that ---or can they?

IIRC.....It's even in their Constitution that basically says one is a lawbreaker by entering Mexico illegally...

 

mexico doesnt deport their illegals--they just get to ride on top of the train to the north border then a swim and jump the fence--all done

hmmm i wonder what the percentage of border jumpers at mexico are actually mexican as compared to say guatamalauns or iguanaians or what ever ?

 

ok...now you see...there in lies a problem ANY 1st year law student would even see..."the guy was running away", back to mexico, which means someone had to be "pursuing him".....causing him to fall...

look at it yet another way...someone breaks into your house, (now i think MASS has this on the books), YOU MUST LEAVE YOUR HOUSE...call the cops..if you shoot at someone who IS fleeing, they are trying to get away, they are from that point on, NOT a danger to anyone....and YOU WILL BE CHARGED...if you shoot at someone coming TOWARDS YOU, then IT IS self defense...i mean a bullet in the back DOES indicate fleeing.....a bullet in the front indicates charging towards you.

i hope the illegal DOES NOT win either, but given lawyers, and loopholes and juries that hate insurance companies, i think this mexican is gonna win....(but i HOPE NOT)

Canada has no problem accepting Mexican immigrants IIRC.....
