99 Peterbilt No headlights

    no there are two screws in the bottom of the fuse box, take them out and you can pull the bottom of the fuse panel up and twist it at the same time and get enough room to get a stubby scew driver behide there. be carefull not to short panel on the cab when you turn the panel. you have to wiggle it around a little bit but it fairly easy to get enough room to get one hand around the back of the panel and hold it with the other. my wires were loose enough you could wiggle them with your fingers where they connent to the breakers.

    you need to take the plastic piece that covers the fuse box and maybe the piece that covers the steering column off to make it more accessible

    Thanks, really do appreciate your help...its just a pain cuz I have the chrome over the plastic and makes it a stiff...oh and just got inspected and marked for no brights... What a *****
