I am in a lease purchase deal at ACT. So far I have paid .585 per mile for fuel. Also my total cost to run the truck before I made any money has been .83 per mile. So far my profit has been .55 per mile after .07 goes into a maintenance account.

There's a reason they get blasted...
-
Wow! And my cost per mile the last several months is around .95 a mile.... Fuel, truck ins, maint, health ins, truck payment, tax setaside, etc. I must not be spending enough!
-
Does that include your lease payment, insurance, maintenance, fuel and driver pay? -
Just don't do anything with GREATWIDE
-
Your missing some things and their is no way you making a profit of .55 cpm. If you figure in things that G/Man said plus their are more you maybe be in the hole. .07 in the maintenance account but what about replacement cost, taxes, truck insurance, etc....... the list goes on. You cannot run a truck for less then a dollar a mile anymore I don't care if it is paid for.
There is only one reason a company is in the lease purchase business is because they are making money off of you and it cuts down on their cost not because they care and want to see you become a successful business and truck owner.Mr. PlumCrazy and sewerman Thank this. -
