Where can a driver go

Ok i Quit C.R.E back in march the mess with my dac took some talikgn got it fix. now here the problem i have 2 INCIDENTS on my report no fines no police reports no nothing-n- co. r saying sorry with 2 acccidents get do it but if you get 6 mos exp. give us a call how the H3LL i'm i going to do that if the co. with school won't sign me on .??
INCIDENT

11 i back into a PVC pipe @ shipper they said no big deal any of our guys could of done that with a lawn mower only stood like 12 " high

2. struck a rock in heavy fog in ohio ( buckeye state ) moving out of a parking lot seen the rock swing wide heavy fog rolls in rock gone figure ok i'm clear truck stops dead guess i ain't clear cut air lines -n- broke the brake chamber






P.S. Oh yeah i only have 4 mos. train with cre for 13 wks

after reading some of these poste i figured out what to do
it's kinda like falling off a bike get up -n- start riding it again in my case it's driving so i went online seen some web pages that had alot of trk co. on them send in my resume uncheck the truking companys i tryed before -n- see what happens well got an email from one 3.5 hrs drive from were i live went 5 - 24 -07 for intrview chat then went out for a road test we pick up a load btw this co. is not far from W.Va. but it's in Md so we took a load to W.Va dropped unhook an MT -n- went back to the yard. went inside he started to tell me about the bennies i'm like ok but how i do./ he said i did fine here it is 5- 25 -07 -n- went back over got @ 4 am drove for another 3.5 hrs to co. finish with paper work their giving me a 9200 international to drive 9 spd i ask for a 9 spd cause i took test in 10 -n- if your use to a 9 you'll know you'll forget all about 6 th -n- go to 7 th LOL so he didn't mind he understood that -n- asign me to a 9 i start on monday couple local runs then up to NJ i go by tues it pays by % of the load but anything is something

just an update with my new job 1 the pays good make same amount as if i was with CRE only dif less miles -n- more home time been with them for about 7 wks now . now get this 7 days with them they gave me $100 bonus i thought cool now 30 days later gave me another 100 on chk it shows -100 so i ask about it on paper it shows - but in money it show + so I've had 200 bonus anyways i ask my dm sweet little thing she is .But she was happy to explain to me that they are bonus for being with the co. -n- after 90 days i get 150 they another so it's pretty much a $500 sign on broke down over time ok anyhow my third week coming off New Jersey turnpike my truck said nope not pulling this load no more spit that dm drive shaft right after costing about 100 yrds or more i knew what it was got truck off road look under it no fluids hmm that's weird i thought so i look in bck aaHHHH no drive shaft look dwn road their she sat right in middle of road LOL so i walk bck to get it .and you believe a new jersey driver was heading right for it now i can see if they didn't see it but hell i seen it 100 yrds away -n- their less then that they finally seen it -n- missed it then seen me picking it up -n- blew their horn @ me -n- cursing i'm like yeah your my number 1 too buddy got back to truck put it bck on called co told them i need a nut for it another drive took the load it only had to go oh about 1/4 mile down from i stop towing co tells me it has to be towed now mind you it took me about 20 to 30 mins to put this thing bck on it took the shop 9 hrs to get part that was it a town 15 miles away at this time is was i told them what the hell u doing having a jb hunt driver bring it well got bck road after 10 hrs they charged co for 2 hrs labor plus new parts which i didn't need Following wk went to same place with a load -n- made it LOL only this time nature called real bad jump out lock doors did what i had to do came bck -n- lock keys in truck try prying wing window open -n- it shatter all over the place called co this time pres -n- owner answered ph so i told him what happen he said great no problem have a great day then he said BTW what window i told him he still said great have a great day -n- see you fri .I'm thinking ok maybe he didn't have his coffee yet LOL this all happens before my got my second bonus of 100 but all in all i like the company i'm with thier all on first name with u .your not like id or truck number please they even take the time to reroute you if they give directions -n- that part of road is closed or say no trucks -n- if you pay for something like scale tickets load locks turn in recipe they have a check made for you before you even walk out that office no waiting months or years LOL if turn in on weekend they have it ready on Monday for you so yeah i like this company -n- all the runs i do are close to my home so if a 911 comes up @ home i can be their with in 4 to 7 hrs not days or months or hear dispatch say sorry have to wait to get you a load going that way i can just drop my trailer -n- go or just take the load with me -n- let them know were trailer be for another driver to get so far theirs a lot of plus from me with working with a small company
