iron, theres a 148f gtl dx on ebay, dude wants $400 for it!!
-
Yea, I seen the DX+ on there. I'd like to have it..but that's way too rich for my blood. Heckuva lot more than I'd pay for it.
....at least at this point in time. -
Yep I like the 148 too it is very close to my GRANT LT and they are both good cb radios.
-
I agree. The Grant XL and the 148 both made in the Philippines are great radios.
-
Well i know i have a old SS 360 FM but can't find it. I was able to find a old President Grant i forgot i had. It's in pretty nice shape.
Irondog..... I see 148f GTL DX +'s all the time on fleabay. It was made by Texas Ranger back in 87 for about 6 months i think. Same radio as the connex 4800dx but with less channels... -
Yea, I see them every so often, too. But....too rich for my blood. -
OK .....
From what I see both have a bunch of them
-
I have a 148F GTL DX+ that I would not let go for a dime less than $400...thats just what they are going for! NIB too...
I love the Grant XL too, great radio. -
That is twice what I use to pay per piece for them when buying by dealer cases. If I'm not mistaken, isn't the RCI Superstar 158 EDX basically the same thing????
The Grant XL/LT and early Cobra 148 GTL's are one of the best SSB CB radios ever made.
